- Evidence (screenshots, logs, links) if you have them
- Your relationship to the matter (affected party, witness, etc.)
We treat reports confidentially to the extent reasonably possible. We will not share your identity with the reported party without your consent unless we are legally required to do so.

- Warn you and require remediation
- Remove specific content

- Suspend your account temporarily
- Terminate your account permanently
- Report to relevant authorities
Severe breaches — including but not limited to generating child sexual abuse material, planning violent acts, or facilitating other serious criminal activity — will be reported to law enforcement immediately and your account terminated without prior notice.
7. Right of appeal
If your account is suspended or terminated, you may appeal by emailing support@tryvela.co within 30 days. We will review appeals fairly. Our decision on appeal is final.
We may not be able to reverse termination for severe breaches (such as those involving criminal activity or child safety).
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email and in-product at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Vela after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
