I'm Joshua. I build AI products — Vela, Quid, and other tools in the AI space — and Vela came out of getting tired of running businesses with five disconnected tools, twelve open tabs, and a notebook that never quite stayed in sync. The startup playbook says "surround yourself with smart people" — but if you're just starting out or running lean, that team is months or years away. So I'm building the team I wish I'd had: opinionated, specialised, with memory of your business, and willing to push back when something doesn't add up.
