Do the agents work while I'm asleep?

Accepted Answer

Depends on your plan. Pro includes Smart mode (the default) — agents check in on your business during the day, surface things you should know, and prepare your morning briefing. Scale unlocks Always on, where agents work 24/7 even while you sleep. Starter is On demand only — agents respond when you message them and prepare a daily morning briefing, but don't otherwise act on their own.

Is my data safe? Can I leave with it?

Your data is yours. Your conversations and business data are stored on our servers, used only to run the platform for you, and never sold to third parties or used to train shared AI models. We're a UK company and GDPR-compliant: you can request a full export of your data and delete your account entirely — we remove everything within 30 days. Can I cancel? What happens to the memory?

You keep access until the end of your billing period, then your account goes read-only — your team's memory of your business is preserved, not deleted, so you can pick up where you left off if you come back. Email support@tryvela.co to delete your account entirely — we remove all your data, memory included, within 30 days.

Can I talk to one specific agent, or only the whole team?

Both. Every agent has their own direct-message channel for one-on-one conversations, plus there's a shared boardroom where the whole team coordinates. Telegram integration (with slash commands like /vera and /felix) is available on Pro and Scale plans.
